2.Workpiece forming molds have 8 sets, including 6 sets of molds that relies on servo motor ball screw and linear guide rail to move forward and backward. Coder positioning and grating ruler distance measuring ensures that positioning precision is less than 0.01mm. Positioning range can be adjusted optionally. 3.Left/right ends tube-shrinking cylinder and 2-station movable cylinder adopt proximity switch control combined with mechanical hard limit to limit stroke, being adjustable.

6.To meet the growth requirement of your company, front mold sleeve is supplemented between two operating positions and large mold can be added. Furthermore, inner mold installation position is supplemented and can be dismantled in no use.
