1.Machine body is integrally cast to ensure good rigidity, small deformation and stable performance through high temperature aging treatment.
2.Principal axis adopts variable frequency power head design.Rotary speed of principal axis can be adjusted freely within specified range, with easy operation and wide actuating range.
3.Adopting PLC control, the machine realizes human-computer interaction through touch screen. Speed, pressure and time can be directly set within specified range on the touch screen.
4.Hydraulic system sensor is configured to display actual pressure. Pressure testing range can be set to test whether pressure conforms to set range or not. The machine will give alarming and stop operation automatically in time of over-voltage or under-voltage during riveting process of products.
5.Interval operating times and inspecting time can be set for products. When predicted output is finished (quantity can be set freely), the operator closes down the machine and tests products (testing time can be set freely). Pressing any buttons does not function during this period.
6.Automatic up-and-down adjustment of workbench makes it easy for clients to rivet products of different heights. The heights of workbenches to the ground can be adjusted easily to ensure simple, convenient operation.
7.The machine is installed with left/right movable workbenches which are used to assemble and disassemble products as safe workbenches or double workbenches.
8.The machine is furnished with lower-adjusting locking nut to slightly adjust riveting distance.
9.The most advanced multiple-petal plum blossom type rotary forging technology is adopted currently. Riveted materials deform along radical direction, and form fiber-like fluid which is tangent to operating load, greatly enhancing anti-load property.
10.With good static riveting property, the machine can process rivets (with plated layers). When its feed rate and pressure are adjusted appropriately, this machine can also rivet plastic and ceramic materials.
11.With good riveting stability, rivets that are not clamped tightly without aiming at central points can be riveted smoothly.
12.Because riveting force is the least under the circumstance of same proportion, riveted parts don’t cause bad deformation after being riveted, with little internal stress, without causing any inner cracks. Rejection rate of defective products is nearly zero.
13.Radical riveting is widely applied to many fields. Besides those fields in which rotary forging type riveting machine has wide application, other parts that can also be riveted include semi-enclosed parts like rivets inside lock case, static pressure stopping riveted parts like universal joints, and riveted parts (with large L/D ratio) like automobile wipers. It has extremely good processability for those riveted parts requiring inner/outer edge-forming. Plastic and ceramic materials can also be riveted.
