1.Machine body is integrally welded/cast to ensure good rigidity and stable performance.
2.It adopts advanced pump-controlled technology, uses servo motor to drive main driving oil pump and reduce control valve loop. It is a kind of precise energy-saving hydraulic machine to control hydraulic oil cylinder. 3.It is furnished with hydraulic pressure sensor, weighting sensor, displacement sensor, PLC and touch screen system control. Data can be derived via USB interface.
4.Servo system can control multi-stage pressure, speed and stroke. All parameters can be set on touch screen to ensure easy operation. High accuracy pressure and displacement control can be realized without requiring position limitation.
5.Mold base is installed with pressure sensor to detect the stress state of workpieces during pressurizing process in real time. When press-fitting pressure exceeds the set upper-limit pressure or is lower than lower-limit pressure, the pressure heads stop where they are and give alarm (or reset, to be decided by clients); If the set parameter exceeds alarm range, signal indication will appear on the machine screen to help operator find out the problems.
6.Pressure and displacement can be tested simultaneously. When pressure or displacement is beyond the set range, the machine will give alarm and stop operation automatically.
7.In time of defective products or machine malfunctions, the machine will stop operation and give aural and visual alarm to remind operator of handling (optional).
8.More than 25 sets of built-in press-fitting programs can be set and used. Product models can be easily changed only by using different programs.
9.Minimum displacement set value is 0.01mm and resolution ratio is 0.001mm; Pressure control accuracy: 1% (100-1000Kg), 5% or more (less than 100Kg).
10.This machine adopts servo drive system and is internally installed with pressure sensor to detect actual load, speed and pressure closed loop control. Displacement repeated accuracy is ±0.02mm and pressure repeated accuracy is 1%F.S.
